Kirk Reisner

Kim Reisner Kirk Reisner, Independent Agent & Owner of Advisor Insurance Agency

Reisner earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Insurance and Risk Management from Missouri State University in May of 1999. While attending university, he began working as a claims adjuster for American National Property (ANP) and Casualty. In 2001, he promoted to become a Captive Insurance Agent with the same company. In August of 2006 Advisor Insurance Agency was born.

Each year the agency grows and Reisner and his staff continue to educate themselves. They realize the importance of staying on top of changes in the insurance industry. Since his graduation in 1999, Reisner has completed an Associate’s In Claims (AIC) (2000) and a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) (certificate program requires 100 hours of classroom time and 10 hours of testing) (2008).  Currently, he is pursuing a Certified Risk Manager, (projected completion Spring 2012).

Reisner is very connected to the community. He has served on local boards such as Willard area Chamber of Commerce, Willard Lions Club, & Springfield Business Connection BNI. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Willard Area
Fire and Rescue Department.

Reisner has a well balanced work and family life. He and his wife Kerri, a Speech Language Pathologist at (BLANK), married on June 3, 2000. They welcomed their first daughter in 2003 and a set of twins, one boy-one girl, in 2008. The family enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening at their mini farm just outside of Willard. The family always looks forward to summer water sports and activities.

Kim Kim Collins- Personal Lines Specialist

Kim Collins earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Missouri State University in 1997.  After graduation Kim worked in her field on a child and adolescent psychiatric unit at Cox Medical Center in Springfield, MO.  Kim decided to change her career path after the birth of her son in March of 2000. At that time Collins decided to stay home with her children.

Collins came to work with Kirk Resiner in 2005, when he was still an agent for American National Property and Casualty. Her position within Advisor Insurance has evolved and over time she has obtained her insurance license. She is currently working to complete her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation (projected completion 2012).

Collins is very busy outside of work as well.  Kim and her husband, Jeff, have five sons. She spends a lot of time at her children’s various activities such as, soccer games, and horse shows.  As a family, they enjoy spending their free time swimming and tubing at Tablerock Lake.
